These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and zm777 ("zm777", "we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the zm777 website located at https://zm777.cam and all associated services, products, features and content offered through that domain.

zm777 operates as an online casino and sports betting entertainment platform. The Platform is designed and marketed primarily for English-speaking users in Pakistan and displays account balances and transaction values in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) as a convenience to Pakistani players. All content, terms and communications are in English.

To open and maintain an Account on zm777 you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of a request will result in restriction of Account functionality, including suspension of deposit, wagering and withdrawal privileges until the verification process is complete. zm777 processes KYC documentation in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Each User may hold only one Account. Duplicate accounts are a violation of these Terms and may result in cancellation of all accounts, forfeiture of balances and permanent platform ban.

Deposits and withdrawals are subject to the following general conditions:

• Deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.

• zm777 reserves the right to withhold or delay any withdrawal pending investigation of suspected fraud, bonus abuse, chargebacks or other conduct that may breach these Terms.
• Cryptocurrency deposits and withdrawals (including BTC and USDT) are accepted where listed. Cryptocurrency transaction irreversibility means errors in wallet addresses cannot be corrected by zm777. Users are solely responsible for accuracy of wallet details.

All transaction fees, exchange-rate considerations and processing timelines are stated within the Platform's payment section and may be updated periodically. zm777 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

zm777 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, reload offers and other incentives ("Promotions"). All Promotions are subject to specific terms attached to each individual offer as well as these general bonus conditions:

• Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds carry a wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable multiplier (e.g. 25x, 30x, 35x) is stated on each individual promotion. Example: a PKR 1,000 bonus at 30x wagering requires PKR 30,000 in qualifying wagers before cash-out is permitted.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus. A maximum single-bet or spin stake applies while Bonus Funds are active. Bets exceeding this limit may void the bonus and any associated winnings. The applicable maximum is specified per promotion.
• Game Contribution. Not all game types contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino, roulette and table games may contribute a lower percentage (for example, 10–20%). Sports bets may require a minimum odds threshold. Individual promotion terms specify applicable contribution rates.
• Bonus Expiry. Each Promotion carries a validity window (for example, 14 days, 21 days or 30 days) from the date of issue. Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements that are not met within this window are forfeited.

• Sticky vs Non-sticky Bonuses. Non-sticky bonuses are separated from Real Money funds and returned to zm777 upon withdrawal; only winnings net of the bonus are withdrawable. • Bonus Abuse. zm777 reserves the right to void any Promotion and confiscate associated funds where it reasonably suspects Bonus abuse, including but not limited to: use of multiple accounts, structured deposits designed to exploit offers, or low-risk wagering strategies intended to circumvent wagering requirements.

zm777 offers sports betting markets covering cricket (including PSL, ICC T20 World Cup and international bilateral series), football, UFC and other sports, as well as live casino table games and slot games. The following general rules apply across all gaming and betting activity on the Platform:

• All bets and game stakes are final once confirmed. zm777 does not accept cancellation requests after stake confirmation, except where an obvious and verifiable system error has occurred.
• zm777 reserves the right to void, suspend or refuse any bet or game stake where it determines that: (a) the stake was placed in error due to a system or pricing fault; (b) the stake constitutes match-fixing, insider information use or any other form of fraudulent or irregular activity; or (c) the outcome has already been determined at the time the bet was placed.
• Odds and game RTP (Return to Player) figures are subject to change without notice. Odds confirmed at the time of bet acceptance constitute the binding odds for that bet, unless voided under these Terms.
• Game outcomes in RNG (Random Number Generator) slot games and electronic table games are determined by certified random number generation systems. zm777 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• zm777 reserves the right to impose individual bet limits, account betting limits and time-based restrictions on any Account at its sole discretion.

• Bonus abuse, multi-accounting or any activity zm777 reasonably believes constitutes exploitation of the Platform's systems or promotions.
• Account activity that triggers obligations under applicable anti-money-laundering, counter-terrorism-financing or sanctions screening requirements.
• User request for Account closure or self-exclusion.

Where an Account is suspended or closed for reasons other than User request, zm777 will endeavour to provide an explanation within a reasonable period, subject to any legal obligations that may restrict disclosure. Funds held in real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to the User via the original payment method, subject to the resolution of any outstanding investigation and applicable verification requirements.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zm777 excludes all liability for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds through wagering activity.
• Interruptions, errors, delays or technical failures in the Platform caused by factors within or outside zm777's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where such use is restricted or prohibited by local law.
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, applicable laws, or the specific terms of any Promotion you participate in.
• Errors in the display of odds, game information or promotional material that are immediately corrected upon discovery.

Nothing in this clause shall limit zm777's liability for: (a) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by zm777; (b) death or personal injury caused by zm777's negligence; or (c) any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

All content published on the zm777 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, software, page layout and design — is the property of zm777 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or commercially exploit any part of the Platform's content without express written permission from zm777.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its gaming licence. Your continued access to or use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure through the standard closure procedure.
